Dignitary, Marching Band, or Drill Team
YOUR DIVISION: LILAC
Please report to the Parade Marshal in the north parking lot of Glenbard East High School, located at 1014 S. Main Street, Lombard, IL 60148. The school is situated on the southwest corner of Main Street and Wilson Avenue.
Upon arrival, check in with the Parade Marshal for your assigned staging location and specific lineup instructions. The high school building will be open for participants requiring restroom facilities or other accommodations.
Bus and Trailer Instructions:
Buses must unload passengers at Glenbard East High School and then proceed to the designated dispersal area located east of Main Street and north of Maple Street. Any unit arriving with a trailer must check in with the Parade Marshal and receive staging instructions prior to unloading.

Antique Car / Military Vehicle
YOUR DIVISION: ORANGE
Please report to the Parade Marshal in the south parking lot of Glenbard East High School, located at 1014 S. Main Street, Lombard, IL 60148. The school is situated on the southwest corner of Main Street and Wilson Avenue. Access to the south parking lot is via the driveway located just south of the school off Main Street.
Upon arrival, check in with the Parade Marshal for your assigned staging location and specific lineup instructions. The high school building will be open for participants requiring restroom facilities or other accommodations.

Equestrian Units
YOUR DIVISION: GREEN
Proceed directly to National University of Health Sciences, located at 200 E. Roosevelt Road, Lombard, IL 60148. The campus is located north of Roosevelt Road at the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Highland Avenue.
This location serves as your designated check-in and staging area. Upon arrival, report to the Parade Marshal for your assigned lineup location and staging instructions. Do not unload any horses, equipment, or trailers until you have checked in and received direction from the Parade Marshal.

Shriner Units
YOUR DIVISION: BROWN
Proceed directly to your assigned staging area in the BROWN Division, located on Hammerschmidt Avenue south of Wilson Avenue, immediately west of the Lombard Police Station.
This location serves as your designated check-in and staging area. Upon arrival, report to the Parade Marshal for your assigned lineup location and final staging instructions. Do not unload parade participants, vehicles, equipment, or materials until you have checked in and received direction from the Parade Marshal.

DISPERSAL INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Personal vehicles are not permitted on the parade route or within any staging and lineup areas, except for the immediate drop-off of participants. Parents and guardians who are picking up children after the parade must coordinate directly with their unit director regarding the designated post-parade meeting location.
All participants and spectators are expected to obey posted NO PARKING signs and all instructions provided by Parade Marshals, law enforcement personnel, and event staff.
BUSES AND VANS
After unloading participants at their assigned division staging area, proceed immediately to the designated Bus and Van Dispersal Area located at Maple Avenue and Stewart Avenue (refer to the Parade Map).
Upon arrival, check in with the Parade Marshal for your assigned parking location on Stewart Avenue, north of Maple Avenue.
All participants should be informed in advance that their designated pickup location following the parade is Stewart Avenue north of Maple Avenue.
After all participants have been picked up, proceed north on Stewart Avenue to Parkside Avenue, turn right, and continue east to Grace Street to exit the area.
TRAILERS AND FLOATS
Upon completion of the parade route, proceed directly to the designated Float and Trailer Dispersal Area located at Maple Avenue and Lombard Avenue (refer to the Parade Map).
Check in with the Parade Marshal for your assigned unloading location on Lombard Avenue north of Maple Avenue.
Unit leaders are responsible for communicating their designated pickup location to all participants and support personnel prior to parade day.
After all participants and materials have been unloaded, continue north on Lombard Avenue to Parkside Avenue, turn right, and proceed east to Grace Street to exit the area.
EQUESTRIAN AND SHRINER UNITS
At the conclusion of the parade, turn right onto Craig Place and proceed south to Madison Street. Craig Place terminates at Madison Street.
Turn right onto Madison Street and continue west to Hammerschmidt Avenue. Turn left onto Hammerschmidt Avenue and proceed south back to your original staging area.
All participants must follow the directions of Parade Marshals and law enforcement personnel throughout the dispersal process.
ALL OTHER UNITS (INCLUDING WALKING UNITS)
Dispersal for all remaining units will occur along Maple Avenue under the direction of Parade Marshals.
Once a unit has dispersed, participants are not permitted to walk back along the parade route. For safety reasons, all participants must remain off the roadway and use designated sidewalks and pedestrian areas.
Marching bands, drill teams, and other units transported by bus or van must follow the Bus and Van Dispersal Instructions outlined above.
Failure to follow dispersal instructions may create safety hazards and unnecessary delays. All participants are expected to comply promptly with directions from Parade Marshals, law enforcement officers, and event staff.
